Zacatecas

Zacatecas, officially the Free and Sovereign State of Zacatecas, is one of the 31 states of Mexico. It is divided into 58 municipalities and its capital city is Zacatecas. It is located in north-central Mexico and is bordered by the states of Durango to the west, Coahuila to the north, Nuevo León to the northeast, San Luis Potosí to the east, Guanajuato to the southeast, Jalisco and Aguascalientes to the south, and Nayarit to the southwest.
